Location: Savannah, GA (On-Site)
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

Position Overview:

This is an on-site position, and we are specifically looking for candidates local to the South Georgia area, including Savannah, Hinesville, Brunswick, Statesboro, as well as Hilton Head, SC, and Beaufort, SC.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, particularly in desktop support, troubleshooting, and network device management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site desktop support for customers within the assigned coverage area.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user workstation and peripheral issues both remotely and in-person.
  • Ensure the continuous operation of end-user applications and equipment in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Install and support network devices that are critical to business operations.
  • Perform data backup and recovery for end-users with a high attention to detail.
  • Process surplus equipment following established procedures, including disk wiping to DoD standards.
  • Document and track problem tickets, escalating issues to appropriate workgroups when necessary.
  • Coordinate with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues related to desktop hardware and software.
  • Assist with special projects, including the setup, breakdown, and relocation of computer equipment and peripherals.

Qualifications:

  • A+ Certification or Network+ Certification is required. (MUST UPLOAD CERTIFICATION)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience with desktop support and network device management.
  • Must be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Must be local to the South Georgia area (Savannah, Hinesville, Brunswick, Statesboro) or surrounding areas (Hilton Head, SC, Beaufort, SC).
  • Must be able to work on-site in the assigned coverage area.
