What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and support
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for open positions
  • Create clear and concise job descriptions that accurately reflect responsibilities and expectations of each position
  • Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and fit for specific job opportunities and craft detailed bios and resumes for client submissions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the ATS throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Propose creative ideas and solutions to streamline recruitment workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive candidate information
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to talent acquisition and recruitment


Who We’re Looking For:


  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods
