Key Responsibilities:

Engaging with candidates, recruitment professionals, and organizational stakeholders to arrange and verify interview schedules, which may encompass virtual meetings, panel discussions, in-person interviews, or recruitment events.

Monitoring scheduling activities and meeting established scheduling benchmarks.
Facilitating candidate evaluations, dispatching reminder notifications, and documenting assessment outcomes within the applicant tracking system.
Ensuring that applicants have a favorable experience throughout the recruitment process while positioning GEICO as a preferred employer.
Collaborating with Human Resources and Onboarding teams to enhance efficiencies in the candidate journey.
Supporting the recruitment team in maintaining accurate recruitment metrics and sharing insights with business partners and team members.
Additional administrative projects or tasks related to recruitment as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience. (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Outlook.
Experience in customer service or sales/client relations.
Prior exposure to a Talent Acquisition environment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Workday, is advantageous.
Demonstrated time management capabilities and a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
Willingness to learn new systems and technological tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Desirable Qualifications:
Previous experience in scheduling or as a recruiting coordinator is preferred.

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid – 2-3 days per week in any GEICO regional office.

Compensation:
$40.20 per hour

The aforementioned hourly rate is a general guideline.

Multiple factors are considered to determine the final hourly rate or annual salary offered to the selected candidate.

Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education and training, work location, as well as market and business considerations.
