Waterproofing, Caulking and Sealants, Fireproofing, Deck Coatings, Wall Coatings, Epoxy Injections, Polished Concrete, Epoxy, Urethane, and Exterior Coatings for Commercial Projects.

Here is glimpse of what you will do:

Responsible for all aspects of the estimating process and sales.

Generate project leads and sales.

Attend job walks and perform quality take-offs. Download & process bid documents & any future addendums, conduct thorough analysis of drawings and specs, ensuring required information is provided.

Create project budgets. Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with clients to bring work volume to company. Work in conjunction with Operations

Administration and Accounting departments to ensure that billing, proposals, and job documentation is complete and accurate

Carry out operations functions to support the business in consistently achieving or exceedingly monthly, quarterly and annual sales plan.

Capture data during customer interactions to cultivate new and existing customers.

Effectively handle internal and external phone and e-mail correspondence and partner with Management and Executive Leadership to optimize sales opportunities.

Here is some of what you will need (Required):

  • 5+ years of Construction Estimating/Sales.
  • Must have experience with the following Trade: Waterproofing, Expansion Joints, Sealants, Polished concrete etc.
  • Proficient in utilizing Estimating Software.
  • Ability to maintain open communication with staff involved with Project/Production Management, Superintendents and Installed Product Specialists.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project Manager, Adobe).
