Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the estimating process and sales.
  • Generate project leads and drive sales growth.
  • Attend job walks and perform detailed quality take-offs.
  • Download, process bid documents, and review future addendums.
  • Analyze drawings and specifications to ensure all required information is gathered.
  • Create accurate project budgets.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to increase work volume.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Administration, and Accounting departments to ensure accurate billing, proposals, and job documentation.
  • Support business operations to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Capture and analyze data during customer interactions to expand and retain client base.
  • Handle phone and email correspondence efficiently.
  • Partner with management and executive leadership to optimize sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Construction Estimating and Sales.
  • Proven experience in the following trades:
  • Waterproofing
  • Caulking and Sealants
  • Painting
  • Deck Coatings
  • Wall Coatings
  • Epoxy Injections
  • Polished Concrete
  • Epoxy and Urethane
  • Exterior Coatings for Commercial Projects
  • Proficiency in using Estimating Software.
  • Ability to maintain open communication with project management teams and specialists.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project Manager, Adobe).
  • Strong analytical skills for accurate take-offs and budget creation.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience in generating and nurturing project leads.
  • Knowledge of construction documentation and billing processes.
