- Client Satisfaction and Retention: Ensures high levels of client satisfaction to foster long-term relationships and improve client retention rates.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record in managing client relationships.
- Experience with inbound marketing techniques such as SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and lead generation.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to measure and report on campaign performance.

- Ability to present and explain marketing strategies and results to clients.
