Job DescriptionJob Description

SUMMARY 

Are you a law school student looking to gain the experience that will give you an edge in the coming years? Are you interested in helping a gratitude-driven company update its contracts, documents, and processes to keep up with its significant growth?

If that sounds interesting, come join Thnks as a paid part-time Legal Intern. 
 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with the Thnks legal and operations teams, review and update Data Processing Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Platform Access Agreements, and other critical documents.

  • Curate a catalog of contract end dates, renewals, and other calendar events prescribed by Thnks agreements.

  • Under supervision of Thnks attorneys, provide comprehensive contractual support for both internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Solicit input from Sales, Accounting, and Customer Experience teams as necessary to update Thnks document templates. 

 

NECESSARY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed at least one year of law school. 

  • Working knowledge of contract law.

  • English proficiency (spoken, legal terminology, and written)

  • Excellent attention to detail. 

  • Availability in our Franklin office at least 10 working hours.
