We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. Duties:
- Perform a wide range of plumbing tasks, including installing and repairing pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Read blueprints and diagrams to determine the location of pipes and fixtures.
- Use power tools and hand tools to assemble and install plumbing systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance to prevent leaks and other issues.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing problems, including those related to HVAC systems.
- Ensure that all work is done safely and in accordance with industry standards.
- Keep a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
Skills:
- Proficiency in plumbing and experience with various plumbing systems.
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations.
- Basic math skills to calculate pipe sizes and other measurements.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools to assemble and install plumbing systems.
- Experience with carpentry and remodeling projects.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot and repair them.
- Familiarity with pipe threading and the ability to thread pipes to the correct size.
- Experience with blueprint reading and the ability to interpret blueprints and diagrams.
- A strong commitment to safety and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK
MUST HAVE LICENSE CURRENT AND NOT EXPIRED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.65 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
