Catalina Integrative Solutions is hiring for Lead Generation Specialists A Lead Generation Specialist is a professional responsible for identifying and cultivating potential customers for a business’s products or services. Using a variety of tools, techniques, and platforms, they seek out new business opportunities by capturing leads and nurturing them until they are ready to be approached with a sales proposition. This role often involves research, cold calling, utilizing online platforms like LinkedIn or industry-specific websites, email campaigns, and other outbound marketing techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, track, maintain and update leads
  • Make outgoing calls to develop new business
  • Contact minimum number of prospects daily to qualify leads
  • Record call interaction details into CRM
  • Make sure that all leads that are given to sales are detailed and have been vetted and are strong leads
  • Recognize and adhere to KPIs set by the company, such as Contact Rate, Lead Conversion Rate, Calls per Agent
  • Research and maintain lead generation database
  • Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
  • Provide accurate and timely information to management
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s history, products and services in order to facilitate the sales process

Skills / attributes required:

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation, with a strong preference for experience in the construction industry
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Must have cold calling experience
  • Must accept and adhere to script and training given by company
  • Able to hear the word no a lot without getting discouraged
  • Skills with call center appointment setting or lead generation.
  • Experience with research and maintaining databases
  • Experience with tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Candidate must be willing to commit to a long term position
  • Must submit a Resume highlighting past experience for this role

Qualifications / experience required:
Minimum 2 year(s) experience in Call Center and Lead Generation
