Operations Coordinator

Position Overview:As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day operational activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing operational processes across various departments, supporting our global operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. Additionally, the ideal candidates should possess expertise in marketing, SEO, and will help support research and reporting to bring external insights of branding strategy. You have an insatiable curiosity about news and get excited about organization and project management. You collaborate with ease across teams and can connect dots.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.· Work closely with departments such as production, content creation, and distribution to ensure alignment and effective communication.· Demonstrated experience in digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.· Familiarity with industry trends and the ability to incorporate digital marketing best practices into operational processes.· Proven understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and strategies.· Experience in coordinating efforts to maintain a consistent brand image across various platforms and initiatives.· Ensure that operational processes support marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall success of promotional efforts.· Experience or familiarity with the gaming industry, understanding the development lifecycle, and the unique operational challenges it presents.· Proven track record in gaming marketing, including the promotion of gaming content, events, or products.· Understanding of the gaming community, trends, and effective marketing strategies within the gaming industry.· Develop and implement strategies that enhance the company's presence and reputation within the gaming community.· Stay abreast of gaming industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences.· Adapt operational strategies to capitalize on new opportunities within the dynamic gaming landscape.· Support additional projects/initiatives within Operations team as needed.
Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in operations management, marketing, branding, or a related field.· Proven experience in operations coordination, specifically within the gaming industry.· Demonstrated success in coordinating gaming-related events, launches, or marketing campaigns.· Familiarity with the gaming development lifecycle and the ability to coordinate operations in line with project timelines.· Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.· Ability to integrate SEO principles into gaming marketing efforts.· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Innovative mindset to contribute ideas that enhance operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
Bilingual ability in Chinese and English is required;
