Payroll Administrator

 

It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will manage & analyzing all payroll function. This individual shall prepare, maintain and audit all payroll records, issue employee pay checks and manage all related payroll information. Looking for a highly organized and motivated individual.

 

This position provides support by providing continuous matters relating to the financial operation of the organization by preparing timely and processing the biweekly payroll, reviewing and reporting payroll discrepancy. Maintains internal control procedures designed to safeguard Employees and Management, ensures compliance with all Federal, State, Local payroll laws coordinating inter department communication relating to payroll.

 

The Payroll Administrator must also be bilingual in both English and Spanish.
