Role Description: The Director of Electrical Engineering will play a crucial role within the senior leadership team, providing vision and leadership in the Electrical Engineering Discipline. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate to develop overall design concepts and presentation strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
  • 15+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering Design
  • PE certification required; licensed in Tennessee preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering Discipline and client expectations
  • Experience in diverse engineering practice markets
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills
  • Familiarity with sustainable design principles and building codes
