Position Overview:
This role is a key engineering position within the organization. The individual in this capacity will undertake complex engineering design, operational, and construction tasks related to the planning and design of various projects essential for supporting electric power infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop comprehensive project scopes, including management and quality control tasks assigned to other stakeholders involved in the project.
2. Create detailed specifications, engineering plans, diagrams, and cost estimates for project components.
3. Provide oversight for project management and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Lead cross-departmental teams on significant projects and studies.
5. Supervise engineers and technicians on multi-disciplinary initiatives.
6. Conduct investigations and analyses of operational issues to identify effective solutions.
7. Prepare feasibility studies and offer recommendations to enhance system performance.
8. Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.
9. Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies and industry organizations.
10. Manage the design and implementation of modifications to electric power facilities.

Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
2. Relevant experience in electric utility engineering, with increasing levels of responsibility.
3. Professional Engineering (PE) License is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:
1. In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
2. Proficiency in project management and budgetary controls.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
