  • This role requires direct collaboration with team members across multiple locations, effectively partnering with office management, project management, and discipline directors to align design strategies with strategic business objectives, profitability targets, and core company values.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide design guidance and support to ensure consistent, high-quality design across the firm.

  • Operations Management:
  • Contribute to the development of goals and strategies for the practice to be presented to the Executive Committee.
  • Collaborate with practice leadership on budgetary frameworks and investment strategies.

  • Oversee practice scheduling and resource distribution.
  • Identify fiscally responsible budgets for practice initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required, with licensure in Tennessee.
  • 15+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering Design.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Electrical Engineering Discipline and client expectations.
  • Experience with sustainable design and benchmarking.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
  • Effective communication skills (graphic, verbal, and written).
  • Collaborative and professional work ethic.
