- Contribute to the development of goals and strategies for the practice to be presented to the Executive Committee.
- Collaborate with practice leadership on budgetary frameworks and investment strategies.

- Oversee practice scheduling and resource distribution.
- Identify fiscally responsible budgets for practice initiatives.
- Ensure quality project delivery through established goals and strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required, with licensure in Tennessee.
- 15+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering Design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Electrical Engineering Discipline and client expectations.
- Experience with sustainable design and benchmarking.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
- Effective communication skills (graphic, verbal, and written).
- Collaborative and professional work ethic.
