We pride ourselves on delivering quality leads that have been pre-vetted by our receptionists, ensuring that your interactions are with potential clients who are genuinely in need of legal assistance.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting individual with a strong background in criminal law to join our team as a Criminal Law Closer. In this role, you will be responsible for converting hot leads into cases, leveraging your legal expertise and communication skills to guide potential clients through the initial consultation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls that have been pre-vetted by our receptionists to ensure quality interactions.
- Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their legal needs and determine the best course of action.
- Utilize your criminal law experience to provide accurate information and advice to potential clients.
- Close an average of 20% of calls into active cases.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes using our CRM.
- Work in-office from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Answer off-hours and weekend calls using a work phone provided by the company, with these calls billed as additional compensation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in criminal law, either as a paralegal, legal assistant, or attorney.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and calls efficiently.
- Availability to handle off-hours and weekend calls as needed.
Compensation:
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience. Additional compensation is provided for handling off-hours and weekend calls.
