As an Office Manager with Floor Coverings International, you play a vital role in the growth and expansion of our local franchise. A successful Office Manager will enable us to write more estimates, efficiently schedule and manage projects, support our marketing efforts, and maintain accurate financial records for the business.

Qualifications:
- Full-time position with 32-40 hours per week.
- No experience is required, but 1-3 years of experience is preferred.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a preferred skill for the position.
- Promptly and properly schedule all leads to appointments for sales team.
- Schedule the job to meet the schedule of customer and installers.
- Order all products needed for jobs accurately and follow up on delivery.
- Confirm scope of work and compensation with installers prior to start of job.
- Follow up on open proposals as needed.
- Update Salesforce daily with status of job and upcoming schedule.
- Attend weekly meetings with Franchise Owner at scheduled time.
- Meet with sales staff weekly to discuss recent sales and review customer expectations and product orders.
- Keep mobile show room and office organized and presentable.
Marketing & Customer Relations
- Communicate with installers and customer on start dates and times.
- Update the customer with ongoing details of installation and job progress.
- Discuss and obtain written permission for any changes in contracted work.
- Resolve conflicts and complaints immediately.
- Walk the customer through job at completion and collect final payment.
- Deliver on expectations contracted in the sales process.
- Support and participate in home shows and local marketing efforts, as needed.
- Assist in development, management & delivery of local marketing tactics.
Financials
- Manage job to hit profit objective.
- Complete job costing reports within 24 hours of completing an installation.
- Accurately update QuickBooks daily for all income and expenses.
- Track, prepare and manage timely payment of business-related expenses.
- Submit Goals Setting & Review (GS&R) Prep form weekly via email.
- Work daily, weekly, and monthly to meet set goals.
Continuous Improvement
- Consistently search for installers that can offer a better experience to our customer with more reasonable rates.
- Attend at least one form of training per year.
- Continue to self-educate on new flooring.
- Be available to attend training seminars at owners discretion.
- Make decisions and act in accordance with Floor Coverings Internationals core values and Mission
