Tri-Starr Personnel is currently seeking to hire Collections Representative, to support a legal entity in north central San Antonio. This role is service and solutions driven as all outreach is focused on positive communication and resolution.
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday (rotating partial Saturday)
Job Duties
- Place/receive collections calls per day to those with outstanding accounts an unpaid traffic citations (Non-aggressive soft collections approach)
- Calling individuals with delinquent accounts for govt. entities. Mainly calling about overdue parking tickets, traffic violations, etc.
- Discuss payment arrangements with each individual as needed to ensure progress on payment status
- Receive and enter payments
- Receive calls from individuals whom have received account notices to discuss their needs and payment options
- Enter large amount of data while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data and records
- Expect high levels of maturity, professionalism and good judgment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- High attention to detail
- Familiarity with using multiple online databases/screens simultaneously
- JOB STABILITY
- Excellent communication skills
