Mon thru Thurs 10- hour shifts, 7:30am - 5:30pm
THIS POSITION IS TO START IMMEDIATELY
payrate is: $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
Job Qualifications:
- Adept Problem Solver who is a team player and individual contributor (depending on needs).
- Tech Savvy & Exceptional Microsoft Office Skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Type 50+ WPM.
- A fast learner, good listener, & excellent note-taker.
- Superior administration skills-anticipating needs, preparation for events, and follow-up.
- Organizational guru - creates calm from chaos and plans like a pro.
- Scheduling wizard with experience making travel arrangements, maintaining busy schedules, dealing with logistics, creating itineraries with detailed instructions from Point A to B.
- Very strong communication skills & always maintains confidentiality.
- Ability to follow general and detailed instructions and grasp new concepts quickly.
- Must also have skills in PowerPoint and setting travel itineraries and scheduling meetings.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED:
- 5 years of prior office manager and/or executive assistant/specialized experience.
- Bachelor's Degree-Preferred or AA/AS degree with relevant work experience.
- Positions with the company require access to controlled goods and technologies subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations or the Export Administration Regulations. Applicants for these positions need to be "U.S. Persons," as defined in these regulations. Generally, a "U.S. Person" is a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or an individual admitted as a refugee/granted asylum.
- Complete a behavioral & cognitive assessment, a background check w/credit, & produce a negative result on a drug screen for illegal drugs.
