Inside Sales Representative

IDN is looking for a full-time, experienced Inside Salesperson for its Phoenix, AZ location. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a strong team environment. We offer competitive base pay, bonus potential, a casual, work environment, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities Include:

  • · Have a consultative sales approach to build customer relationships and trust
  • · Understand customer needs, identify key accounts, and always generate interest with a positive attitude
  • · Responsible for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items
  • · Assist customers with questions; understand the functions and uses of IDN products

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • · Inside sales experience preferred
  • · Must possess strong communication and time management skills
  • · Excellent interpersonal skills
  • · Aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to determine solutions for customers
  • · Ability to use Microsoft applications; must be able to learn inventory system efficiently
  • · Must be able to read, write, and talk at a proficient level
  • · Be enthusiastic & self-motivated to reach sales goals
