Position Overview:
As the primary technology resource, the IT Manager / Administrator will be responsible for maintaining systems, supporting operations, overseeing outsourced vendors, and providing accurate reporting capabilities within a medium sized organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Database Management: Administer and maintain iMIS database and associated systems ensuring functionality, data accuracy, and security.
- Report Development: Design, develop, and optimize reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources while ensuring compatibility and consistency.
- Support: Provide technical support, training, and guidance in conjunction with outsourced Managed Service Provider.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years of relevant technology experience.
- Hands-on experience with database management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all aspects of the organization.
Additional Details:
- Employment Type: Direct-Hire Position
- Schedule: Fridays are remote
- Start Date: Immediate
- Target Compensation: $65,000
- Vacation: 6 weeks per year
- Employment Status: Corp-to-Corp or employment sponsorship is not being considered
