The Retail Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling administrative duties for the Retail Department including, but not limited to:

  • Ordering Loss Runs.
  • Ordering/scoring Motor Vehicle Records.
  • Ordering Flood Zones.
  • Handling Insurance Verifications from state DMVs.
  • ID card creation.
  • Assemble Presentations.
  • Monitoring of email boxes and saving documents.
  • Bulk email projects.

Qualifications for the Retail Administrative Assistant include:

  • Skilled in Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task in high volume environment.
  • Insurance knowledge a plus, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong overall computer usage/overall ability.
  • Time management ability.
