Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development:
· Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement for our life sciences technology products.
· Identify and assess new growth opportunities and channels relevant to the life sciences industry.
2. Campaign Management:
· Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising (PPC, social media), email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
· Manage budgets effectively and track campaign performance to ensure alignment with growth objectives.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
· Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.

7. Innovation and Optimization:
· Continuously explore and implement innovative marketing techniques and technologies to improve campaign effectiveness and drive growth.
· Perform A/B testing and optimization to refine marketing strategies and enhance conversion rates.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within the life sciences or technology sectors.
· Demonstrated success in driving marketing campaigns and growth initiatives with a focus on data-driven results.
· Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
· Experience in translating concepts into accessible and engaging marketing content.
