Our team is committed to excellence and innovation, and we are seeking an Account Manager to join our Client Experience team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview:

The Client Experience Account Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service and support throughout their journey with our company. You will focus on building strong relationships, anticipating client needs, and delivering personalized solutions to enhance their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, effectively managing day-to-day needs to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to successfully execute ongoing client fulfillment programs, inventory management, order processing, print and production projects.
  • Provide real-time status on all projects to internal project teams and client stakeholders.
  • Lead weekly status meetings and proactively provide program/project updates.
  • Ensure SLA’s and program expectations are being met.
  • Quoting/Forecasting/Invoicing/PO trending
  • Active participant in Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Maintain Client Specific SOPs

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) preferred, not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or client services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at various levels of seniority.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to anticipate and address client needs.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently, and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management skills including timeline/milestone delivery and budget tracking/management a plus.
  • Fulfillment, print (conventional & variable digital) and direct mail experience a plus
  • Pharmaceutical sampling operations knowledge a plus
