Core Responsibilities:

  • Architect and refine our month-end closure narrative, ensuring a mirror reflection of our fiscal health.
  • Orchestrate detailed balance sheet reconciliation and analytical deep-dives, setting the gold standard for precision.
  • Mastermind the stewardship of essential accounting territories, including asset lifecycle, ASC842 lease compliance, and tax strategy.
  • Engineer our financial flows and treasury strategies with acute foresight.
  • Lead the charge in organizational streamlining, propelling efficiency and clarity across our corporate structure.
  • Innovate and reinforce our process and control environments, setting new benchmarks for operational excellence.
  • Facilitate a seamless audit experience, liaising with external partners to underscore our financial integrity.
  • Seamlessly integrate financial operations of newly welcomed entities, ensuring a unified company's financial ecosystem.
  • Forge and fortify strategic intra-company alliances, enhancing collective decision-making and operational synergy.
  • Tackle the dynamic ebb and flow of our business demands with agility, engaging in special projects and flexing work hours as necessary.

Qualification Pathway:

  • Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA is a beacon of preference.
  • A minimum of five years in the trenches of accounting, Big 4 lineage highly regarded.
  • Proficiency with Sage Intacct offers an edge.
  • Leadership in team settings and prior management roles highly desirable.
  • Insight into private equity-backed environments adds valuable perspective.
  • Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel is non-negotiable.
  • Robust knowledge of GAAP, paired with a proactive stance on financial research and application.
  • Demonstrated prowess in prioritizing within a fast-paced, deadline-driven milieu.
  • Proven track record of cultivating impactful relationships and leading through collaboration.
  • Exceptional communicative fluency, powered by a commitment to our shared growth and success narrative.
