Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Research Associate or Associate Scientist or Sr. Associate Scientist in Protein Engineering at Sound Biologics. The role will involve conducting protein engineering experiments, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of novel biotherapeutics. The candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to drive scientific discoveries and advancements in the field of cancer therapy.
Qualifications
- Expertise in protein engineering, protein expression, and purification
- Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Knowledge of bioinformatics tools and software
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- BS or MS in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field for Research Associate or Associate Scientist role
- PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field for Sr. Associate Scientist role
- Experience in cancer or inflammation biology research is a plus
