Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle/Account Sales Manager to join our team. This B2B role requires an individual with a proven track record in government fleet sales and experience working with large companies as well as small businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Isuzu, Mercedes Sprinter Vans, Ford, or GM products.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, large corporations, and small businesses to promote and sell commercial vehicles.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial vehicle sales, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Demonstrated success in government fleet sales.
  • Experience with Isuzu, Mercedes Sprinter Vans, Ford, or GM products is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle market and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
