Interested in finding a new position in the Des Moines metro? Our local client is looking for qualified candidates to be considered for their open Front Office and Facilities Associate position. We are looking for individuals who can work independently at a front desk to assist visitors. Apply today if this job interests you
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors and assist individuals with getting to their desired locations when needed
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff; take messages and answer general inquiries
- Monitor email inbox and respond to basic questions and requests
- Manage incoming mail/deliveries through proper receiving, sorting, distributing and processing of packing slips
- Order, receive, maintain, and distribute office supplies
- Issue all ID badges and parking permits
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required, AA or Bachelors degree preferred
- 3+ years of administrative assistant or office management experience
- Strong computer skills; ability to navigate multiple applications and screens at once; experience using Zoom and/or MS Teams
- Able to meet deadlines, work under pressure with shifting priorities
- Friendly, professional, helpful personality
- Comfortable working in a professional business environment
Work Model:
- On Site
- Monday - Friday
- 7:30AM - 4:00PM
