Stallant Health is actively seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to become an integral part of our healthcare team. As the first point of contact, you will create a welcoming and efficient environment for our patients and visitors.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Efficiently handle incoming calls and manage the switchboard.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our medical software system.
  • Manage patient records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support, including handling correspondence and maintaining filing systems.
  • Assist with billing and insurance verification processes.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized and presents a professional image.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a reception or administrative role preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn medical software systems.
  • Strong task management skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Friendly, motivated, and responsible with a high level of integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide an excellent patient experience.
