Job DescriptionJob Description

Seeking experienced and motivated administrative assistant with excellent customer service skills. Must have a minimum of 5 years administrative experience. The general outline is for a full-time position that is solely dedicated to the organization and operation of the Service Department. Hours of operation for this position Tuesday - Saturday 9am to 5pm. The details / responsibilities of this position are as follows:

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan, schedule and route appointments
  • Greet and assist onsite customers
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Utilize and operate organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Assisting with overflow sales

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Sales experience is preferred
  • Hours Tuesday - Saturday 9am to 5pm
