  • Starting Pay $25-$29 an hour

The proper candidate will have 3+ years of experience in account reconciliations, preparing General Ledgers, Budgeting & Forecasting, Account Payable / Receivable, Budgeting / Forecasting, and filing end-of-year tax returns.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
- Utilize accounting software such as Restaurant 395, QuickBooks, Xero, Plate IQ of similar
- Support financial reporting activities following company guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial records
