Job Description: As the Client Relations Director, you will operate as a major player on the Operations team, working onsite daily and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of multiple sites. You will be responsible for managing a team of over 20 staff members, including managers and supervisors. Your background in mailroom operations, print production, records management, and facilities management will be crucial in driving success and maintaining high standards across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple sites within Washington DC and nearby cities.
- Lead and manage a team of over 20 staff members, including managers and supervisors.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services in mailroom operations, print production, records management, and facilities management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
- Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and performance metrics to achieve operational goals.
- Travel between sites as needed to provide hands-on support and leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience managing over 20 staff members, including managers and supervisors.
- Strong background in mailroom operations, print production, records management, and facilities management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong presence.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Willingness to travel between sites as required.
