Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Experience | Qualities | Skills:

Job Requirements:

  • Assist in special projects as assigned
  • Manage junior administrative employees and ensure office protocols are followed
  • Act as the point of contact between Broker / CEO
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Create contracts
  • Run reports, data entry and maintain client confidentiality
  • Managing the office, keeping track of the expenses, and various administrative and clerical tasks
  • Real estate license required, must be willing to obtain (not a sales position)
  • Travel when required
  • Work off-site at events and other locations as required

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (unless traveling or attending special events)
