Job DescriptionJob Description

Full time position available for a Accessory & Undercoating technician. Applicant must have a genuine desire to learn about our company's products and services. Must provide exceptional customer service and represent the team well. Required to take direction, maintain a clean work environment, and have a friendly, positive attitude.

Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a good driving record.
  • Mechanically inclined
  • High school graduate
  • Strong work history (including good attendance and good safety record).
  • Pass a criminal background check, driving history
  • Be able to work overtime if needed.
  • Demonstrates the ability to carry out specified work procedures and follow detailed written instructions to install a variety of accessories.
  • mechanical knowledge and understanding technical direction.
  • Experience with car body work and painting is helpful but not required.
  • Must be a self starter, problem solver, team player as well as being able to work alone.
  • Applicants must have good customer relation skills, the ability to learn new information, and multitask.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must keep work areas clean and clutter free.
  • Must provide your own quality tools, specialty tools will be provided.
  • Required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach and lift objects exceeding 80 pounds on a regular basis.

 

Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to)

 

  • Removal and installation of accessories; ie tonneau covers & step bars
  • Cleaning equipment
  • Mask & sand vehicles for polyurea applications.
  • Cleaning vehicles before and after service.
  • Light fabrication.
  • Cleaning of the shop area, bathrooms, taking out the trash etc.
  • Shoveling snow when/if needed
  • Hours Monday - Friday 9-5
