Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Estimator at our office in Willow Grove, PA.

As a Sales Estimator, your day-to-day tasks will include customer service, sales, communication, and project estimation. You will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, provide accurate estimates for network cabling projects, and contribute to business development initiatives.

Responsibilities Include (and are not limited to):

  • Attending bid meetings and site walk-throughs
  • Updating CRM software with updates of relationships with commercial vendors
  • Processing and completing bid forms, bid proposals and bid pre-qualifications
  • Interpreting bid documents, plans and specifications
  • Reviewing bid documents, pricing and proposals with department sales representative
  • Preparing complete and explicit proposals with department sales representative
  • Developing preliminary design concepts and job schedules
  • Assisting the project manager with large installations

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience with CCTV/surveillance cameras and access control systems
  • Knowledge of network cabling and infrastructure design
  • Familiarity with Cat 5e, 6, 6e, and fiber optic cabling
  • Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in sales and business development
  • Proficiency in project estimation
  • Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
