Role Responsibilities:

  • Engage in proactive sales efforts and maintain continuous communication with clients.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from potential and existing clients.

  • Collaborate with suppliers to ascertain paint specifications, equipment needs, and pricing.
  • Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate estimates.
  • Draft and deliver comprehensive proposals to clients.
  • Conduct follow-ups and discussions to ensure optimal value and secure contracts.
  • Create and manage project work orders and documentation.
  • Facilitate project pre-construction meetings with the operations team.
  • Support the operations team to guarantee successful project execution.
  • Oversee project closeout and maintain communication with clients.
  • Ensure a positive client experience and foster strong relationships.

Qualifications:

While prior sales experience and familiarity with the painting or construction sectors are advantageous, we prioritize cultural alignment with our organization. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a strong aptitude for this role.

This position necessitates excellent organizational and mathematical skills, proficiency in CRM software, meticulous attention to detail, and a working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel). Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously are essential for success in this role.
