As our Sales Manager you’ll lead an experienced, diverse sales team to develop and close new business opportunities. You'll use your experience to foster relationships, work with the sales team to craft deals, and help shape the future of technical sales at Accudyn. You Will Make a Difference by:

  • Leading and develop team of internal and external sales professionals to meet organizations goals surrounding customer service and growth
  • Driving our sales growth initiatives and Go-to-Market strategies forward.
  • Embracing the art of relationship selling, fostering connections that transcend mere transactions.
  • Developing meaningful KPI’s that measure progress and provide focus to our efforts.
  • Showcasing your stellar communication skills by introducing Accudyn to potential customers, delivering technical proposals with clarity and charisma, and articulating our value proposition with finesse.
  • Cultivating a deep understanding of our customers' business to pinpoint areas where Accudyn can add significant value.
  • Working with the sales team, sales leadership, and ownership to craft winning proposals to secure new business awards for Accudyn.
  • Nurturing collaborative relationships with the Sales & Business Development team, as well as other departments within Accudyn, and maintaining open communication with leadership.
  • Providing support to customer service, operations, and accounting/finance teams in resolving commercial issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Remaining agile in the face of evolving business landscapes or customer demands and collaborating with all stakeholders to devise innovative solutions.

Role Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with proven results leading technical sales
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Experience in the plastics industry would be considered a plus
  • Relevant relationship-based selling experience in a competitive B2B manufacturing environment

Role Requirements and Competencies

  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products and CRM solutions
  • Ability to conduct market research and communicate results to appropriate team members
  • Excellent communication skills including writing skills to support the development of engaging content for all marketing projects
  • Demonstrates superior organizational skills including the ability to properly prioritize multiple projects/deadlines
  • Possesses a collaborative, curious mindset that will allow for close work in a team environment
