Job Description: We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as On-Call Movers and Cleanout Crew Members. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking flexible work hours. You will be called upon as needed, depending on the volume of jobs, and your tasks will vary from moving furniture and household items to assisting with cleanouts of homes, offices, and other spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently load, transport, and unload household and office items.
- Assist with cleanouts, including removing debris, disposing of unwanted items, and ensuring spaces are left clean and orderly.
- Follow instructions from team leaders and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent customer service, representing the company in a professional manner.
- Maintain and care for moving equipment and tools.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs or more).
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule.
- Prior moving, labor, or cleanout experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
