Position Summary: We are seeking dependable and diligent individuals to become part of our team as On-Call Movers and Cleanout Crew Members. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for those looking for flexible working hours. You will be contacted as needed, based on job volume, and your responsibilities will range from transporting furniture and personal items to aiding in the cleanout of residences, offices, and various other locations.

Key Duties:

  • Safely and effectively load, transport, and unload residential and commercial items.
  • Assist with cleanout tasks, including debris removal, disposal of unwanted goods, and ensuring areas are left tidy and organized.
  • Adhere to instructions from team leaders and supervisors to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, representing the company in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain and care for moving equipment and tools.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs or more).
  • Strong work ethic and a positive demeanor.
  • Punctual and reliable with a flexible schedule.
  • Previous experience in moving, labor, or cleanout is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Capability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • A valid driver's license is beneficial.
