As a Bookkeeping Services Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our clients’ financial records, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting our bookkeeping team. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to our clients’ success.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Accurately input financial transactions into accounting software.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and expenses.
- Assist with reconciling bank statements.
- Process payroll.
- Client Communication:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email or phone.
- Schedule client meetings and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients to collect necessary documents.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars and appointments for the bookkeeping team.
- Prepare and proofread reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
- Assist with general office tasks (filing, scanning, etc.).
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with bookkeepers to ensure accurate data entry.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processes.

Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred).
