Job DescriptionJob Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Implements policies, objectives, and initiatives that employs standards, metrics, and procedures to maximize inventory management efficiently.

· Performs monthly system reconciliations between our in-house ERP system and the WMS of all our global storage and fill/assembly third party locations (approximately - 30 facilities in total)

· Assist with inventory planning, scheduling, forecasting, and control operations.

· Implements inventory tools and systems for tracking, analysis, auditing, and reporting.

· Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritize inventory capabilities and develop best inventory management practices.

· Executes daily inventory analysis; identifies and resolves discrepancies and problems.

· Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy.

· Investigates and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventories.

· Locates items what may have incorrect locations or stock numbers to assist order processing.

· Perform inventory audits to ensure accuracy of system book balance to physical count.

· Performs process and system testing and track performance by area to locate and solve problems in data integrity, productivity and efficiency.

· Monitor all inventory counts, ensuring inventory cycle counts and physical inventories are performed routinely and accurately.

· Performs additional related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent interpretational skills and attention to detail.

· Thorough understanding of inventory policies and procedures.

Periodic travel to the 3PL and fill houses in the Northeast will be required.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degreed in inventory management, supply chain management or business administration (Preferred)

· At least five years of experience in related field. Experience in manufacturing consumer goods preferred.
