Regional Sales Executive - Corporate Coaching

Malian Corporate Coaching is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this remote position, you will play a key role in expanding our reach and helping small and mid-sized businesses achieve greater efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

  • Generate leads through prospecting and networking strategies.
  • Qualify leads and identify businesses that would benefit most from our coaching programs.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations that showcase the value proposition of our services.
  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Track progress and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Who We Are Looking For

  • A self-motivated go-getter with a strong work ethic and a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect with clients and build rapport.
  • Strong understanding of business challenges faced by small and mid-sized businesses (a plus).
  • Experience selling B2B consulting services (a plus).
  • Proficiency in using phone, email, and CRM tools for sales communication.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule in a remote environment.
  • A genuine desire to see businesses succeed and make a positive impact.

What We Offer

  • Competitive commission structure with earnings expectation of $65,000 to $90,000 annually. Your earning potential increases with your ability to sell higher-priced training offerings.
