Launch Pad Learning, a dynamic and growing preschool education company, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. We are looking for an individual eager to positively impact young children's lives and share their energy and creativity in a diverse learning environment.

Position: Early Childhood Educator
Status: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Salary: $17 - $24 per hour (Based on experience and qualifications)
Location: North Long Beach, CA 90801

Who We're Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Associate's degree (required); Bachelor's degree (Preferred); 12 ECE units (required); Child Development Permit or ability to acquire one.
  • Experience & Certifications: 6+ months in childcare (preferred); CPR/First Aid certified or will to get certified.
  • Skills: Strong communication, bilingual, and committed to safety and health protocols.
