We have built an organization driven by excellence and we are looking for people who are excited about working in a rapidly growing company.  

We are currently hiring an experienced Client Intake and Relationship Specialist that is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager in our office in Clearwater, Florida. Your goal will be to deliver outstanding personalized customer service through addressing client questions and concerns while working with their law firm and our underwriters to get them approved and funded.  

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answer inbound calls. 
  • Place outbound calls to establish initial contact with potential clients and gather accurate information to qualify leads. 
  • Conduct research using internet tools, legal dockets, and the CRM to identify key information and opportunities. 
  • Process leads from attorneys, ensuring smooth communication. 
  • Generate written communications to law firms to establish and maintain business relationships. 
  • Update existing contacts/create new leads in CRM database. 
  • Foster long-term relationships with attorneys by identifying and engaging key decision-makers at law firms. 
  • Deliver personalized customer services that address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally. 
  • Nurture leads through effective verbal and written communication to maximize engagement and conversion. 
  • Promote the company’s commitment to excellence and high-quality service in every interaction. 
  • Facilitate the collection and prompt return of requisite documents. 
  • Continuously engage with prospects and accounts in the pipeline to drive sales growth. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

Education, Skills & Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required  
  • Ability to make numerous outbound calls to law firms to gather the appropriate information for clients. 
  • A great telephone personality; ability to engage in conversation & build rapport 
  • Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong organizational and planning skills 
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships on the phone and through marketing efforts 
  • Excellent, professional communication skills-verbal and written skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and ability to use company CRM 
  • Strong data entry skills 
  •  Excellent follow up skills
