## Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Piano Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for music and a desire to inspire students of all ages in their musical journey.

The Piano Accompanist/Music Teacher should be a skilled piano accompaniment for rehearsals, performances, and other activities as needed for choirs, soloists, ensembles, and other musical groups. This role requires excellent piano proficiency, the ability to follow a conductor, and effective collaboration with musicians and directors.

## Duties
- Provide engaging and comprehensive piano support to students, focusing on skill development and musical appreciation.
- Prepare and customized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and skill levels for performances.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student growth and creativity
- Utilize effective teaching methods to enhance student learning and retention
- Incorporate music theory, technique, and performance skills into lessons
- Incorporating other musical instruments a plus to performances

## Requirements
- Experience working with children in a teaching capacity
- Proficiency in piano playing and music theory
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to develop program that aligns with school's expectations.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Previous experience in lesson planning is a plus
- Background in dance, theater, or choir is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week plus
