Responsible for assisting physicians with the evaluation and management of all clients presenting to the Clinic.
• Conducts assessments, enters data into EMR.
• Assists in implementing physician orders and order follow up, medication refills, and communicate test results.
Work in HIPPA compliant manner to facilitate communication between providers and patients, answering client phone messages.
• Work with and in front office team to schedule appointments, process payments.
• Communicate effectively to providers and all departments to resolve issues, be a team player and function independently.
• Obtain vital signs.
• Strong front office experience, including phones, scheduling, greeting patients.
• Computer skills including Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work full time within clinic hours Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30
