As we embark on this exciting journey, we seek an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our team in promoting and maximizing revenue for our membership spa and hotel opening this year.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, with a focus on independent luxury accommodations and spa services. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets within an unprecedented local hospitality model.
  2. Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest level of performance.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and promotional events.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
  5. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.
  6. Direct the hotel's online presence, including website optimization, social media engagement, and online advertising campaigns.
  7. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, including operations, wellness, fitness, spa, food & beverage, finance, and guest services, to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  9. Monitor sales performance and financial metrics, preparing regular reports and presentations for senior management.
  10. Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices, continually seeking ways to enhance CASCADA's market position.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the hospitality industry, with a focus on luxury accommodations and spa services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
