We are seeking a Fishtown Leasing Specialist (500 Units) to join our growing team We are looking for a personable person who can help full-time with the leasing efforts and can help to run open house events. Split schedule (M-F) and (Tu-Sa).

We are leasing for 5 buildings blocks away from Fishtown and Olde Kensington's neighborhoods best retail offerings.

An ideal candidate would have leasing, hospitality, sales and/or Real Estate experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Help to manage the leasing effort.
  • Maintain a friendly (yet professional/respectful) atmosphere in the leasing office.
  • Greet customers (in-person, phone) and obtain pertinent information.
  • Assist with preparation and execution of outreach marketing.
  • Enter information into CRM platforms and help with follow-ups.
  • Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartment communities.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience

  • Extremely personable and passionate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to keep sensitive information highly confidential
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize work and ask for further clarification when necessary.

Education and Experience

  • College degree or equivalent
  • Prior hospitality, sales, leasing or real estate experience

  • Licensed Veterinary Technician
