Position Overview:

As an experienced Veterinary Technician at Fishtown Animal Hospital, your role is pivotal in providing dynamic and comprehensive care to our animal companions. We're seeking an individual who can navigate the fast-paced environment of a veterinary hospital, juggle multiple responsibilities, and demonstrate resilience under pressure while maintaining a high standard of veterinary expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or equivalent qualification.
  • 3 years of experience in a veterinary care setting.
  • Strong proficiency in veterinary medical procedures and protocols.
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Additional Requirements:

  • Valid state veterinary technician license.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle emergency situations and critical care.
  • Familiarity with veterinary software for efficient record-keeping.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
