The Leasing Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, playing a crucial role in achieving maximum occupancy and ensuring resident satisfaction. This customer-focused position involves sales-oriented interactions with prospective and current residents, facilitating apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and manage traffic, conduct apartment tours, qualify prospects, and facilitate lease documentation.
- Assist residents throughout their residency, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Review daily apartment availability and effectively communicate features and benefits to prospective residents.
- Verify applicant qualifications and complete lease agreements, including rental deposits.
- Participate in marketing events to promote property awareness.
- Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants, and external representatives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in retail, hospitality, or multi-family housing.
- Undergraduate degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Prior training in Fair Housing regulations preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends as required.
- Ability to pass background and drug tests.
- Adherence to company dress code standards.
- Enthusiastic with strong sales and customer service abilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in closing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
- Proven phone sales and leasing skills.
- Exceptional listening and probing abilities.
- Responsive, reliable, and upbeat demeanor.
- Willingness to embrace growth and change.
- Valid driver's license required.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Leasing: 3 years (required)
- luxury apartment: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- drivers license (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Philadelphia, PA 19123: Relocate before starting work (required)
