Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position offering 30-40 hours per week, with competitive pay and opportunities for advancement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of exterior cleaning tasks, including house washing, roof cleaning, concrete cleaning, and commercial exterior maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, including house washing, roof washing, concrete cleaning, and more.
  • Operate pressure washing equipment and other tools safely and effectively.
  • Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction on every job.
  • Maintain and clean equipment and tools regularly.
  • Work flexible hours, including potential overnight shifts for commercial projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent results.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Excellent work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Previous experience in exterior cleaning or related fields is a plus, but not required.
